What's covered if something goes wrong with your board, including dead-on-arrival (DOA) units and manufacturer warranty.
Genuine products
We sell genuine, sealed development boards and accessories. Where the manufacturer offers a warranty, that warranty applies to your product.
Manufacturer warranty
- Warranty coverage and duration are set by the manufacturer and vary by product. Any stated warranty period is shown on the product page or in the box.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects — it does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect wiring, over-voltage, static discharge, physical damage, or normal wear.
- Keep your invoice — it is your proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
Dead on arrival (DOA)
- If a board is dead or faulty out of the box, tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and a short description or video of the fault so we can help quickly.
- For a confirmed DOA unit, we arrange a free replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund, including any shipping fee you paid.
How to make a warranty claim
Contact our support team with your order number and details of the fault. Depending on the product, we will either handle the claim directly or guide you to the manufacturer’s authorised service process. We will always help you get to the right place.
What's not covered
- Physical or liquid damage, burnt or bent pins, and damage from incorrect power or wiring.
- Damage from modifications, soldering or use outside the product's rated specifications.
- Normal wear, and consumable parts.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law, and does not take those rights away.
