These terms are an agreement between you and Kiot(“we”, “us”). By browsing the store, creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy, Shipping, Returns and Warranty policies.

1. Who we are

Kiot is an online store for genuine development boards and accessories, shipped across India. The registered business name, address, GSTIN and contact details will be published here once the legal entity is finalised.

2. Using the store

You may browse the catalogue, compare boards and save favourites as a guest. An account is only needed to place an order.
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. Orders for business use are welcome.
You agree not to misuse the store — no scraping that harms the service, no attempts to break security, no fraudulent orders.

3. Products, prices and taxes

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are GST-inclusive — the price you see already contains the applicable GST.
Your tax invoice shows the taxable value and the GST split (CGST + SGST within the same state, or IGST across states) with the HSN code for each item.
We try to keep product information, specifications and stock accurate, but small errors can happen. If we find a pricing or listing error on an order, we will contact you before dispatch and may cancel and refund that order.
Product images and specifications are for reference; the manufacturer is the source of truth for full datasheets.

4. Orders and payment

Kiot is prepaid: full payment is taken in advance. There is no cash on delivery.
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error is found), and we will refund any amount paid.
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery, cancellations, returns, refunds and warranty are covered in our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Warranty policies, which form part of these terms.

6. Our liability

Development boards are tools for building and experimenting. You are responsible for using them safely and correctly for your project.
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that cannot be excluded.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its “last updated” date, always lives on this page. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at our registered place of business (to be confirmed on registration). We would always prefer to resolve issues directly first — please contact our support team.
